The Construction Vibration Damage Guide, Professional Edition (CVDG Pro, ©Copyright 2013-2024 John M. Zeigler) is designed for use by construction businesses, law firms, project sponsors, homeowners and others who need more extensive information and help to deal with construction vibration damage issues and claims. It includes all the content of the free CVDG for Homeowners, but is expanded in numerous ways. The information in the CVDG Pro can literally save you many thousands of dollars in attorney fees and expert witness costs, by helping you to understand and educate others on the science and issues of a vibration damage claim. Each new version of the CVDG Pro expands its content by about 20 or more pages. However, recognizing that some may need an economical version of the CVDG Pro, we offer the most recent (1st) previous edition (over 300 pages) prior to the current edition of the CVDG Pro at the discounted price of $99.95 USD, a 33% discount over the current version price of $149.95 USD. Ownership of the 1st previous version of the CVDG Pro entitles the owner to all the other benefits of ownership of the current version, including highly discounted version upgrades to the current version. 1st Previous Edition purchases of the CVDG Pro may not be upgraded immediately to the current version (e.g. 2.0 to 2.1), but may be upgraded to any subsequent current version (e.g. 2.0 to 2.2). License and Conditions The copyrighted CVDG Pro, in any version, may not be offered by others in PDF or HTML format, distributed to others in any form or reproduced on other web sites, in full or in part. The CVDG Pro is licensed to both individuals and businesses, subject to the number of licenses purchased and the license terms. The CVDG, in either the free or Pro editions, may not be copied or quoted in any form without express written consent from the author. The license for the CVDG Pro, in both versions, allows use in a business, while the license for the free CVDG for Homeowners does not. A CD-ROM (with an additional $10 handling fee for CD-ROM) can also be obtained with a six week delivery time.
